Lifetime Membership Terms for CGZ

Initial Lifetime Membership Offering:
- The lifetime membership is initially capped at 49 or 99 members.
- Membership slots may be gradually increased based on performance and capacity.

Membership Cost:
- The cost of the lifetime membership is $3,499.
- This includes benefits such as access to an A.I. Sports Bot Tool for card grading, new deals, and bulk grading services.

Ongoing Costs:
- A hybrid model is implemented with an annual maintenance fee ($349/First year included in 1st payment ) to ensure continued support and service upgrades.
- Members are subject to a cost-per-slab fee of $2 per card.

Add-On Services:
- The membership includes add-on services with additional costs, allowing members to customize their benefits package.
- An ad-supported model may be available, offering discounts on membership fees in exchange for limited ad exposure.

Grading Services:
- Members are entitled to bulk grading of 40 cards per month as part of their membership.
- Any additional grading services beyond the 40 cards are subject to standard fees.

Membership Benefits:
- Lifetime members receive exclusive early access to new features, products, and services.
- They also benefit from special promotions and discounts not available to other members.

Transferability:
- The lifetime membership is non-transferable and tied to the original member only.
- Any attempt to transfer or resell the membership will result in termination without refund.

Cancellation Policy:
- Lifetime memberships are non-refundable.
- However, CGZ reserves the right to terminate membership with a prorated refund if necessary due to business changes or other considerations.

Changes to Terms:
- CGZ reserves the right to modify the terms of the lifetime membership program with 30 days’ notice to members.
- Any significant changes will be communicated clearly, with options for members to adjust their participation.
