Welcome to CGZ Grading (the "Website"), an online card grading service that provides a platform for users to get grades, encapsulation, and labeling services for their cards, as well as a store for buying products. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

The Website (CGZ Grading) and all of its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and logos, are the property of Card Gemz and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. CGZ Grading is part of the Card Gemz network properties. 

Card Gemz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following any changes to these Terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

All items purchased on the Website are sold on an "as is" basis, and CGZ Grading makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the condition or authenticity of the items. CGZ Grading will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

CGZ Grading may terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time and for any reason, without notice. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By using the Website, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CGZ Grading regarding your use of the Website.
